Cell Culture Plate, 24-Well, Glass Bottom, 10mm Diameter. Glass bottom culture plates used in confocal microscope, differential interference contrast microscope, polarized light microscope and phase contrast microscope for cell observation. Our plates allow researchers to produce high-resolution microscopic images of cultures growing in 24-well disposable plastic cell culture plates. Plates are non-cytotoxic, non-pyrogenic and sterile. The first step in this process is to precisely cut an opening in the center of the wells in the culture plates. Next, a clinically non-toxic adhesive is used to attach the high quality technical grade glass cover slip of standard thickness (0.13-0.16mm) to the bottom of each well, covering the opening. These cover slips are high quality borosilicate glass of the highest hydrolytic consistency and are well adapted for a broad variety of high resolution microscopy applications. Sold 1 per case.
